I’ve often thought that it would be important for Denver Street Food vendors to band together as a bonafide association in order to deal effectively with City and County regulations that may hinder the ability to keep this scene alive. There is a lot of collective power among truck owners, their employees and the customers that are served, and this movement should and can be protected.
